Booking and Cancellation Conditions

  • Reservations are only possible for a minimum of four nights from 01/01 to 06/30 and from 09/06 to 12/31
    During these periods, arrival and departure days remain indifferent

  • Between 07/01 and 09/06, reservations are only made for a minimum of one week.
  • Any reservation will only be effective upon receipt of the deposit payment, corresponding to 30 percent (30%) of the total stay amount
  • The balance is due 30 days before your arrival.

Security Deposit

  • Security deposit of 2000 euros, ideally by cheque, handed over upon arrival and returned on the day of departure after the inventory, unless a problem is noticed during it

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before the arrival date: Full refund of the amounts already paid
  • Less than 30 days: Thirty percent deposit will be retained
  • Less than 15 days: The total amount of the stay will be charged
